With four out of the five cars out of service, students are having to wait or walk to get to lower-floor classes in the North Building. And for those with disabilities, it has become a struggle just to get to class.
The college has introduced “active shooter protocol” signs all over campus, urging students to “know their ABCs: avoid, barricade and confront.”
