Samantha Harvey is a 20 year old junior at Hunter College, currently studying journalism with a minor in film. Originally from Baltimore, Maryland, Samantha has a passion for film and social issues mainly regarding race and gender equality. Her writing talents are what led her to pursue journalism. A member of Hunter College’s Cult. Magazine, she is also extremely interested in visual arts and fashion. Her major lifetime goal is to win an Academy Award. She was born and raised in Maryland but currently resides in the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
