Poetry Becomes A Mirror for Some Hunter Students’ Minds During Pandemic
As the coronavirus engulfed the lives of college students, some wrote poetry revolving around movies, birth defects and contempt with being alone.
Aaron Luke is an English major with a concentration in creative writing. He is currently a senior at Hunter and lives in Bronx, NY.

"I’ve decided he’s a superior poodle,” said the owner of 11-year-old Tasso, just one of the therapy dogs brought in at the beginning of finals season for students.

15 days left in the semester and @Hunter_College has not announced when graduation will be. “I think that's really momentous for me and the fact that it's not clear when it's gonna happen it's just breaking my heart,” said one student.
