COVID-19 prevented many students from working out in their regular environments for the past year and a half. That didn’t stop these four Hunter students from focusing on their fitness even as the virus spread.
A researcher from Lehman College, in collaboration with universities, found almost 32% of participants increased their physical activity during COVID-19, according to Frontiers.
