On Campus Multifaith Center Fosters Religious, Diverse Practices

Through its Multifaith Center at Thomas Hunter, the college commits itself to embracing diversity and unity on campus. The center serves spiritual and religious needs of students.

“If you want to pray, you can come here, if you want to just finish your assignment in a quiet space you can come here, if you want to learn about different faiths and various other interesting things you can come here.” Kaityln Chacko, junior, member at Intervarsity Christian Fellowship.

The Multifaith Center houses Muslim Student Association, Hunter Hillel, Hindu Student Association, Korea Campus Crusade for Christ and the Sikh Student Association.

The photo essay below shows how the Multifaith Center has given a platform for students to peacefully engage with their faith and how it has brought a positive impact in their lives.
